1. Shipping & Return Policies
In the Wind takes pride in our prompt shipping to our customers all across the US. We will process your order as soon as possible. Most orders will ship the same day, Monday through Friday. If you purchase items labeled IN STOCK, your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment confirmation. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We take pride in providing the best service possitble to all our customers. Shortly after you complete the checkout process you will receive an email confirming that your orders has been placed successfully. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. We will contact you via email or phone if this occurs. Overnight or 2nd day mail is available on certain intems IN STOCK. Expedited shipping is available at your expense. Occassionally, there is an error in a published sale or description. Should this happen, we reserve the right to correct the error. We will contact you if this event should occur. We strive to do our best, but should there be an error on your order, please accept our apologies, conatct us and we will correct our error. Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. To discuss a return please contact us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please contact In the Wind immediately to assist you in resolving issues relating to any damages during shipment. Save the original packaging if your order is damaged during shipment.
